DELIVERY ZONES
We deliver throughout the European Union.

DELIVERY METHODS AND PRICES

• Free standard delivery by Mondial Relay: for all orders of €50 or more, in 5 to 10 working days.
• Standard delivery for €5.90 by Mondial Relay: for all orders under €50, in 5 to 10 working days.
• Delivery Plus with loss/breakage/theft insurance: at €9.90, with additional cover in the event of delivery problems.
• Shipping costs for countries outside France: €14,90 for all European Union countries.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is sent to customers. This number can be used directly in the shop to track the progress of your order.

RELAY POINT DELIVERY
With Mondial Relay, customers can choose the delivery point of their choice when placing their order.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are given for information only and may vary depending on the carrier. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we undertake to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 working days for standard delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR PROBLEMS
In the event of late delivery, non-receipt of a parcel or any other problem relating to delivery, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@atjims.com. We will do everything necessary to ensure that your parcel is received, or we will proceed with a refund in the event of non-receipt after investigating with the carrier or the third party responsible.

PRODUCT LIABILITY AND IMPERFECTIONS
Although we do our utmost to ensure that products arrive in good condition, it is important to note that all our products are second hand. Consequently, some products may have defects, imperfections or deterioration. We consider that these elements add character to the garments and accessories and in no way constitute a defect or breakage.

In the event of damage or loss during transport, we undertake to take charge of the situation, after having exhausted all approaches to the carriers or other third parties involved in the delivery. A solution will be proposed, generally in the form of a refund.

CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Amendments will be effective as soon as they are published on our website.
